Every order placed through the Alvio network has meta information added to the order 

  • In the supplier store the retailer store that the order came from is marked allowing for orders to be easily filtered to a specific client
  • The originating order number from the retailer store is also added to the order and searchable in the Shopify Admin 

This allows the suppliers customer service team to instantly find the retailers order and deal with any customer service requirements 

In exactly the opposite situation in the retailers store 

  • The suppliers order number is added to the order and the suppliers name 

This allows your retailer to contact your customer service team and give them the exact order number on your system that they are enquiring about
